Agreement and Store Use

In practical terms, these Terms of Service govern access to hexclad, purchases, and related customer interactions. For customer assurance, lawful use is required; interference, unauthorized access, abusive activity, and infringement are prohibited.

Catalog and Availability

Consistent with these terms, our current assortment covers hybrid cookware, pans, pots, and kitchen sets, kitchen knives and cutlery, lids and cookware accessories, food-preparation, seasoning, serving, and bar accessories, selected kitchen and lifestyle merchandise, with product-specific descriptions and specifications presented on the applicable listing. As part of this policy, availability, imagery, and descriptions may be corrected when an error is identified, and an affected order may be contacted before fulfillment.

Orders, Payment, and Taxes

For clarity, an order is subject to acceptance, payment authorization, fraud review, and product availability. Consistent with these terms, checkout charges use USD; Taxes are added whenever applicable law requires them.

Shipping, Returns, and Cancellation

In practical terms, orders can be cancelled before shipment; once dispatched, resolution proceeds under the Refund Policy. Consistent with these terms, shipping, returns, privacy, and payment requirements are governed by their published policies and form part of these terms.
